This time I am going to share with you a good, sweet recipe that I have invented 😊!!
Which means HEALTHY OAT COOKIES TOPPED WITH CHOPPED PISTACHIO NUTS!😍SO GOOD :)
HERE ARE THE INGREDIENTS :)
•180 g. of oat flour (also gluten free 😊)
•Pinch of salt
•2 tsp. baking powder
•70 g. sunflower oil
•20 g. brown cane sugar
•18 g. coconut sugar
•40 g. plant based milk
•12 g. chopped pistachios
HOW TO MAKE THEM :) 😍
1) Blend in a bowl the flour with the salt & the baking powder.
2) In another bowl pour the sunflower oil, plant based milk, coconut & brown cane sugar! Blend!
3)Now pour the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients! Blend again! :)
4) Once you have obtained a smooth mixture, form the cookies! Also here, as for my VEGAN DATE RAW BALLS 😍 :), form the biscuits as you like! If you want small cookies create then small discs with the batter otherwise do them bigger! Place already the batter on the baking paper and make sure to distance well each biscuit because in the oven they will probably expand!
The first time, I did them bigger, this time smaller! 💞
Top each cookie with a tsp. of chopped pistachios!
5) Now bake the biscuits at 180 degrees in a static oven and preheated, for about 15-20 min.!
The more they will remain in the oven the more crunchy they will be!! :)
Once you remove them from the oven, let them cool for some min. on the baking tray! Then transfer on a wire rack!
Then ENJOY! 😍 If you want you can also accompany them with a good cup of tea…🍵🫶🏻
