Hello to everyone!! 🫶🏻 In this article I will be sharing with you a GOOOD RECIPE: VEGAN DATE RAW BALLS 🥰!
If you don’t know what to eat in the in between, as I like to say 😂😄, which means between a meal and another one, and feel for something healthy to eat, then I have A QUICK, NUTRITIOUS, DELICIOUS RECIPE for you!!! 🫶🏻
So, I would like to share with you 🫶🏻 this AMAZING RECIPE that my Swedish cousin recommended me 🫶🏻🥰 which means VEGAN DATE RAW BALLS!! 😍😍 SO GOOD!!
Those VEGAN RAW BALLS are perfect as an afternoon snack (for ex.!).
There are so many good ingredients in this recipe!
First of all, I am going to give you the recipe and the instructions to make these raw balls, then I will talk about the different benefits…!

INGREDIENTS (VEGAN DATE RAW BALLS)
•100 G. of DATES
•2 tbsp. of CHOPPED PISTACHIOS
•2 1/2 tbsp. of FINE COCONUT FLAKES
•1 tbsp. of COFFEE (if you want you can also skip the coffee or take it less than necessary…:) )
•50 ml. of ROLLED OATS
•1 tbsp. of VIRGIN LOOSE COCONUT OIL
•2 tbsp. of cacao powder
In a medium bowl, pour the dates remove the seeds and mash them. Then pour the chopped pistachios, coconut flakes, coffee (not necessary, BUT why not? 😄), rolled oats, loose coconut oil and cacao powder. Now blend everything together! The batter will soon get thicker and you will be able to form the raw balls! The number of them depend on how you do them…smaller or bigger :) !
If you do them in a smaller size you will get like 9 RAW BALLS!
DIFFERENT KIND OF BENEFITS!
For each ingrediant I am going to write about SOME of ITS BENEFITS, otherwise I will never finish :))
I will start with DATES!
•DATES have several HEALTH BENEFITS!
1)They are packed with nutrients like VITAMINS (ex. vitamina B6 and K), MINERALS (ex. MAGNESIUM), and FIBER!
2) They are a NATURAL SWEETENER, so an healthier alternative to refined sugar!
3) Due to their natural sugars, dates are perfect if you need AN ENERGY BOOST!
4) They are high in fiber which supports DIGESTIVE HEALTH!
5) Dates contain also POTASSIUM which helps to regulate blood pressure and supports HEART HEALTH.
6) They contain different kind of ANTIOXIDANTS such as CAROTENOIDS, FLAVONOIDS, which help protecting cells from damage, reducing the risk of Alzheimer (for ex.) and inflammation!
7) Dates are a good source of MINERALS like CALCIUM, PHOSPHORUS, which are necessary for maintaining HEALTHY AND STRONG BONES.
•PISTACHIOS have also many BENEFITS!
1) They are packed with ESSENTIAL NUTRIENTS: PROTEIN, FIBER, HEALTHY FATS, VITAMINS and MINERALS such as VITAMIN B6, THIAMINE, POTASSIUM !

I personally love OAT in general 😍, I make many recipes with OAT such as OAT PANCAKES, PORRIDGE, OVERNIGHT-OAT, GRANOLA…!
Incorporating ROLLED OATS in your diet can contribute to OVERALL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING.
You can find also CERTIFIED GLUTEN-FREE ROLLED OATS.
