I confess that I hate trying on clothes in the store dressing room during the sales season.
But I’ve a secret to measure trousers and skirts. For most ladies these ratios are practically infallible. If they don’t work exactly for you, they will, at least, give you a better idea if the pants or the skirt will fit and help in your decision to purchase or not.
Button them and then hold the waistband’s side seams in each hand and drape them around your neck, like you’re putting on a necklace. If waistband come together, the waist is your size. ;)

Ma ho un segreto per misurare pantaloni e gonne.
Per la maggior parte delle donne questi rapporti sono praticamente infallibili. E se non funzionano esattamente, almeno potrete capire se questi pantaloni o gonne sono della vostra taglia e vi aiuterà nella vostra decisione di acquistarli o meno.
Abbottonateli e poi prendete i lati della cintura in ogni mano e avvolgete intorno al collo, come se fosse una collana. Se i lati si toccano perfettamente, quel capo è della vostra misura.

Confieso que odio probar ropa en los vestidores de una tienda durante la temporada de rebajas.
Pero tengo un secreto para medir los pantalones y las faldas.
Para la mayoría de las mujeres estas relaciones son prácticamente infalibles. Y si no les funciona exactamente, al menos pueden saber si estos pantalones o faldas son de su tamaño y ayudarles en su decisión de comprar o no.
Cierren y luego tomen los lados de la cintura en cada mano y envuelvan alrededor del cuello como si fuera un collar. Si los lados se tocan entre sí a la perfección, pues la prenda corresponde a su talla.
