Wanting whiter teeth is an easy way to freshen up your appearance and even make you look younger.
For this reason I’d like to share my homemade recipe for whiter teeth today.
Supplies:
1 strawberry, mashed
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Toothbrush
Directions:
Mash the strawberry in a small bowl and mix it with the baking soda.
Place the mixture on your toothbrush, and brush for a few minutes.
Follow by brushing your teeth with your regular toothpaste and flossing.

Desiderare denti più bianchi è un modo semplice per avere un miglior aspetto e sembrare più giovane.
Per questo motivo oggi vorrei condividere con voi la mia ricetta fatta in casa per sbiancare i denti.
Avrete bisogno:
1 fragola
1/2 cucchiaino di bicarbonato di sodio
spazzolino da denti
Come fare:
Schiacciate la fragola in una piccola ciotola e mescolate la purea con il bicarbonato di sodio.
Mettere il composto sul vostro spazzolino da denti e spazzolate per qualche minuto.
In fine spazzolate i denti con il vostro dentifricio e passate il filo interdentale.

Desear dientes más blancos es una manera fácil para obtener una mejor apariencia y parecer más joven.
Por esta razón hoy les cuento mi receta casera para blanquear los dientes.
Se necesita:
1 fresa
1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
cepillo de dientes
Cómo hacerlo:
Triturar la fresa en un tazón pequeño y mezclar este puré con el bicarbonato de sodio.
Colocar la mezcla en el cepillo de dientes y cepillar durante unos minutos.
Finalizar cepillandose los dientes con pasta de dientes y usar el hilo dental.

I heard the recipe with baking soda, but it wasn´t good. I know one person who used baking soda for teeth and it totally destroyed them.
